Our Return Policy

At Charleston Coastal Closet, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • •Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • •Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • •Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. 2We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address
  3. 3Pack your items securely and ship them back to us
  4. 4Once received, we'll inspect the items and process your refund

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.
